Legal Notice

Liability is limited to the purchase price paid by the customer for the products purchased from USA Gun Cabinets, and in no event will USA Gun Cabinets be liable to you, or any other person, for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive or other loss or damage, arising from, connected with, or relating to, the sale, installation, or use of products purchased from USA Gun Cabinets, or otherwise under any theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of law and equity, regardless of any negligence or other fault or wrongdoing, including fundamental breach or gross negligence.

Except to the extent provided above, you, the buyer, does hereby freely and willingly release, indemnify, and hold harmless USA Gun Cabinets, its employees, members,  personal representatives, heirs, successors, and agents, from and against any and every claim, demand, right, cause, or cause of action, and losses, costs, damages, expenses, or other injuries of whatever kind or nature arising out of, or relating to, or resulting directly or indirectly from the sale, installation, or use of products purchased from USA Gun Cabinets.

When purchasing products from USA Gun Cabinets, the buyer understands that these provisions will cause him/her to be personally liable for his/her act or failure to act during the installation or use of these products.
